‘Art for One Drop’ Cocktail Tree
Project Description
In partnership with The Box, ARCH fabricated showcase elements for “Art for One Drop” a record-breaking fundraising event for international water foundation One Drop held at Phillips Auction House in NYC. To showcase event sponsor Casa Dragones, the ARCH team designed and welded a “coral-like” powder-coated metal cocktail tree which displayed the night’s signature cocktail in hanging handcrafted drop-shaped glasses.
Fifty-one works donated by some of today’s most recognized and admired contemporary artists included pieces by Damien Hirst, Camille Henrot, Louise Lawler & Gary Simmons. The art auction raised $8,797,600 —all of which will fund One Drop’s life-changing work in Latin America to provide access to safe drinking water and sanitation to more than 200,000 people.
