Custom-designed Set Design for Narcissister Performance Art

Project Description

Carved foam columns and a giant faux stone archway designed for the Moroccan inspired atmosphere celebrating the 15th Anniversary of PIER59 STUDIOS on February 12, 2010 in New York City. The custom set pieces were a featured photo backdrop of the glam evening’s affairs, adorned with snow leopards, fashion icons, and supermodels.

Founded in 1995 by Federico Pignatelli della Leonessa and his Art and Fashion Group Corporation, the premiere 110,000 square-foot photography and multimedia studio hosted the very first New York City commissions for Evan Collier’s custom fabrication talents. Ultimately the ARCH logo took its creative shape from the arch form crafted for this event and the idea of ARCH Production & Design NYC was born.
