THE INFATUATION’S EEEEEATSCON NY
Project Description
Popular restaurant discovery platform The Infatuation contracted ARCH NYC to design and produce the infrastructure for EEEEEATSCON, their one-day-only food experience in New York City. Built in the spirit of a music festival with restaurants as the headliners, Forest Hills Stadium was physically transformed into the perfect host of a highly curated group of local restaurants, exciting imports from across the country, and inventive sponsorship experiences.
ARCH fabricated and rigged 10′ high “E-E-E-E-E-A-T-S-C-O-N” letters in the stadium bleachers and installed a 30,000 sqft fabric surround in The Infatuation’s branded blue logo color, creating a striking visual impact throughout the day. In addition to our custom design and fabrication of the stage set bar facades, free-standing info booth and central main bar; each of the 40+ custom signs were CNC milled, painted, assembled, and installed by the team throughout the festival grounds. In collaboration with one of our production partners, Dynamic Productions, ARCH designed and managed the elaborate terraced stage build, astroturf application throughout the festival grounds, and shade truss structures.
Check out our build for EEEEEATSCON NY in 2019 in which the team refreshed the custom pieces built for 2018 and added new decor >
